MegaBound ERP — Inventory & Job Work System
MegaBound ERP is an inventory and job-work system for MegaBound India Pvt Ltd. It covers master data, purchase quotations and orders, purchase/job-work QC, Store 1 and Store 2 stock, delivery challans, bills of material, work orders, and production issue — with a React UI and a Node.js + PostgreSQL API encoding the company’s document and stock rules.

The challenge
Manufacturing and job-work operations needed one system for PO/quotation numbers, inspection qty posting to the correct store, challan stock deduction, BOM-driven production issue, and pending PO/DC visibility — spreadsheets could not enforce those rules.
Our solution
A React + Vite ERP frontend with role-based login, plus a Node.js API on PostgreSQL that applies document numbering (e.g. MB-YYYY-0001), Store 1 / Store 2 stock rules, QC workflows, BOM production issue, and pending PO/DC report views.

- Masters for company, vendors, items, processes, products, BOM, and users
- Purchase quotation, PO, and purchase inspection with Store 1 posting
- Job-work delivery challan and QC with Store 1 / Store 2 controls
