Livero — Food Delivery Platform
Livero is a full food delivery platform with three dedicated Flutter apps: customers order by voice or touch, restaurants manage menus and orders, and delivery partners handle live dispatch. An AI voice ordering system lets users place orders hands-free, backed by Google Cloud for scale, notifications, and real-time order sync.

The challenge
The client needed a complete delivery stack — not a single consumer app — with distinct workflows for restaurants and riders, plus a differentiated voice-ordering experience that worked reliably in noisy environments.
Our solution
We built three Flutter applications sharing a unified backend on Google Cloud, with role-based APIs, push notifications, live order tracking, and an AI voice pipeline for natural-language ordering from the customer app.
